District Photo handles mugs order processing, and the average production time over the past 30 days is 2-3 business days.

TECHNOLOGY & INKS
Textildruck Europa uses Kornit Avalanche HD and Brother GTX machines that use CMYKRG + white, and can print at up to 1,200 DPI. Their ink is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and resource-saving.State-of-the-art equipment and technology are used in all of District Photo's operations. The proprietary processes and much of the equipment in use were developed to their specifications for the high-volume production of custom products. Using high-quality and reliable proprietary printing techniques and the best equipment in the market, District Photo is able to achieve outstanding print results for all types of designs in full color at an unprecedented scale.
QUALITY CONTROL
Each T-shirt undergoes several quality control checks by well-trained staff during production.There are multiple mug quality control checks throughout the process. District Photo's operators are trained to recognize poor quality, low resolution, or corrupt print files.
PACKAGING CONTROL
The T-shirt organic packaging is plastic-free and made from recycled paper.Mugs are shipped in polystyrene boxes that are easy to use, with the two-part pack slotting together to provide all-round secure protection, including a slot for the handle. The packaging has been specifically designed to keep the mug intact during transit. There is a hole in the mug packaging and it is an air hole that prevents suction. Otherwise, it would not be possible to pull the package apart and take the mug out.
